Movers&Shakers is owned and operated by Director, Jenny McCormick. Jenny works with a collective of small business owners who possess a range of complementary skills and talents. These include: graphic, website and instructional designers; photographers; printers; exhibition companies; online learning development and management specialists; and multimedia creators. By operating in this way, Movers&Shakers can provide flexible, responsive, one-stop-solutions for clients.

Jenny McCormick

Jenny McCormick has been working in the field of education and training for over 30 years. She began her career in 1980 as a secondary teacher, then held a range of advisory positions with the South Australian Education Department. In 1992, she joined TAFE as a senior educational manager working in a range of roles including Manager, Strategic Planning and Marketing and Assistant Director of the South East and Murray Institutes of TAFE. In 2006, Jenny launched Movers&Shakers and has been working successfully in this consultancy business since this time.

Jenny’s personal mission is to use her knowledge, skills and abilities to lead, inspire, educate, create and heal to assist individuals, organisations and communities to achieve their maximum potential.

Her commitment to her personal and professional learning across a range of disciplines means that she brings the most contemporary and creative thinking to her consultancy work. She is prepared to envision rich, brighter futures and contemplate new paradigms in order to achieve transformational change. These qualities mean that Jenny has often been described by her peers as ‘ahead of her time’.

Jenny’s immersion in the field of neuroscience over the last four years, means that she brings exciting, new perspectives for enhancing individual and team achievement in educational, organisational and community settings.

These perspectives combined with her outstanding facilitation, public speaking, project management, planning, research and writing skills makes her a very valuable asset to all of her clients.
